Welcome to Ms. Goldman's Art Class!
Ms. Dyane Goldman • Art, Design & Digital Media •
Hello Families! Welcome to my class! I am your student’s visual arts teacher. I am excited to be working with your students this year and have planned an interesting, engaging, project based curriculum that is sure to motivate your students to create beautiful works of art.
My background is in the arts and entertainment industry. I have been teaching art in the form of digital media, drawing and painting, printmaking, graphic design, film, and visual effects since 2001. My degree in fine arts is from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles where I studied both fine art and digital media with an emphasis on film and visual effects. I have been working as an artist and educator since my graduation in 2001. I am passionate about both art and education. I consider a foundation in art instrumental in establishing visual literacy, creative problem solving, time management, responsibility and perseverance in all areas of life. I hope to bring some special magic to my classroom. My goal is to introduce each student to the innovative and exhilarating world of Art and Design. Students will learn about the elements and principles of design. We will be exploring various forms of media (digital and traditional) focusing on art and its relationship to the world around us. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
